[ PROCLAMATION NO. 471, February 16, 2024 ]

DECLARING THURSDAY, 07 MARCH 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BASILAN



WHEREAS, on 07 March 2024, Thursday, the Province of Basilan will mark the celebration of its 50th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Basilan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 07 March 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Basilan.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 16th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty Four.
