AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF LAWYERS EMPLOYED IN THE GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND AGENCIES IN THE 10TH IBP NATIONAL CONVENTION AT CAMP JOHN HAY, BAGUIO CITY
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines will hold the 10th National Convention of Lawyers on April 19-23, 2005 at the CAP – John Hay Convention Center, Camp John Hay, Baguio City. In this connection, lawyers employed in government offices and agencies are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on official time, subject to the discretion of the office head to determine the number of attendees so as not to disrupt the operations of their offices, and provided that there will be no cost or expenditure on the part of the government offices concerned in terms of fees or travel allowances, which must be borne by the attendees. Participants shall submit to their respective unit/head a complete report of their attendance or participation in the said convention. By authority of the President: (Sgd.) EDUARDO R.
