[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 30, October 19, 2017 ]
Upon the recommendation of the Inter-agency Organizing Committee for the Philippine hosting of the 12th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS COP12), and to ensure the successful, secure and efficient holding of the event, work in government agencies holding office at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) is hereby suspended for the duration of the CMS COP12 from 22-28 October 2017.
To ensure the continuous delivery of public service, the affected agencies are hereby directed to carry out their functions in their respective business and/or satellite offices.
The Office of the ASEAN Secretariat at the PICC main building shall remain open and perform their normal functions during the said period.
