[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 32, November 06, 2017 ]
Upon the recommendation of the Association of the Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) 2017 National Organizing Council - Office of the Director- General for Operations, work in the government offices within the PICC Complex on 08-15 November 2017 is hereby suspended in preparation for the 31 st ASEAN Summit and Related Summits.
To ensure uninterrupted delivery of public service on 08-12 November 2017, transactions with front line government offices, located inside the PICC Complex, may be processed in other business and/or satellite offices of said agencies.
Government agencies involved in the delivery of basic services, including security and safety, health, and emergency preparedness, and those directly involved in the conduct of various ASEAN meetings and related activates, shad remain open and perform their normal functions.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
