AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF ALL GOVERNMENT LAWYERS IN WESTERN VISAYAS REGION IN IBP's REGIONAL CONVENTION AND MCLE SEMINAR
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Western Visayas Region, will be holding its Regional Convention and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on March 6 to 8, 2008 at the Negros Oriental Convention Center, Dumaguete City, with the theme "Raising the Bar of the 'Bar': A Call to Excellence in the Practice of the Legal Profession".
In this connection, all government lawyers in Western Visayas Region are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention and Seminar on official time, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
