REQUEST FOR THE CONCURRENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES IN THE DEPUTATION OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENSURING FREE, ORDERLY, HONEST, PEACEFUL AND CREDIBLE CONDUCT OF THE DECEMBER 3, 2011 PLEBISCITE TO RATIFY THE CHANGE OF NAME OF BARANGAY TULO INTO BARANGAY MILAGROSA IN CALAMBA CITY, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA PURSUANT TO PROVINCIAL RESOLUTION NO. 030, SERIES OF 2010 DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2010 OF LAGUNA AND KAPASIYAHAN BILANG 10-001 TAON 2010 DATED DECEMBER 20, 2009 OF BARANGAY TULO, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA



Pursuant to Section 2, (4)(c), Article IX of the Constitution, I, Benigno S. Aquino III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby concur with Resolution 9302 of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), promulgated on November 18, 2011, in the deputation of law enforcement agencies and instrumentalities of the government in particular the Philippine National Police for the purpose of ensuring free, orderly, honest, peaceful and credible conduct of the December 3, 2011 plebiscite to ratify the change of name of Barangay Tulo into Barangay Milagrosa pursuant to Provincial Resolution No. 030, Series of 2010 dated February 1, 2010 of Laguna and Kapasiyahan Bilang 10-001 taon 2010 dated December 20, 2009 of Barangay Tulo, Calamba City, Laguna.

The foregoing law enforcement agency and other concerned agencies are hereby directed to coordinate and cooperate with the Commission on Elections in the performance of their duties and functions.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.

DONE, in the City of Manila, this 29th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eleven.
