[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 33, December 19, 2018 ]



Pursuant to the applicable provisions under the Revised Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions, the OP Selection and Promotions Board (OPSPB) for 1 st and 2 nd Level Career Positions, created under Memorandum Order No. 248, s, 1989, as amended, is hereby renamed as Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (OP-HRMPSB). The said Board shall be constituted as follows;

HRMPSB for 1 st and 2 nd Level Career Positions

Chairperson - The Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration
Vice-Chairperson - The Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs
Members - The Deputy Executive Secretary for General Administration
 - The Head, Human Resource Management Office
 - The Head, Legal Office
 - One (1) Representative each from:
 a. 1 st Level Positions
 b. 2 nd Level Positions
 - Head of Office where the vacancy exists

The OP Special Board for 3rd Level Career Positions, created under Memorandum Order No. 46, s. 1992, as amended, shall still be constituted as follows:

OPSB for 3 rd Level Career Positions

Chairperson - The Executive Secretary or his duly authorized representative
Vice-Chairperson- The Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration
Members- The Deputy Executive Secretary for Internal Audit
 -The Head, Human Resource Management Office
 -The Head, Legal Office
 -One (1) Representative from the OP Career Executive Service Officers Association, Inc.
 - Head of Office where the vacancy exists

The Human Resource Management Office shall serve as secretariat to the above-mentioned Boards.

This supersedes Memorandum Order No. 05, dated 26 September 2016.
