[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 6, September 07, 2022 ]
AUTHORIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GENDER SENSITIVITY TRAINING PROGRAM AND RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT PROPER
Consistent with the provisions of applicable laws, issuances, rules, regulations, and international commitments, all OP Proper human resources are hereby directed to participate in the Gender Sensitivity Training Program that will be held starting October 2022, in appropriate venue to be determined by the Office of the President - Gender and Development Focal Point System (OP-GFPS), as well as in all succeeding Gender and Development related activities that will be developed and prepared thereafter.
The OP-GFPS, in coordination with the Office of the Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration (ODESFA), is hereby directed to strategically schedule the participation of all OP Proper human resources in the said Program so as not to disrupt service delivery and the usual office routines.
The corresponding implementation procedure and cost per activity shall be separately prepared, approved, and/or issued by the undersigned, or by the DESFA through a Project/Activity Design and/or a Special Order.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
