[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 7, September 27, 2022 ]
ALL EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (OP) PROPER, WHOSE ISSUED APPOINTMENTS WERE COTERMINOUS WITH THE PREVIOUS AUTHORITY, SHALL REMAIN IN SERVICE AND CONTINUE TO PERFORM THEIR DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS UNTIL 31 DECEMBER 2022
In the exigency of the service and to prevent any disruption in the delivery of government services, all employees and official in the Office of the President (OP) Proper, whose issued appointments were coterminous with the previous appointing authority, shall remain in service and continue to perform their duties and functions until 31 December 2022, unless their appointments are sooner revoked, resignations accepted, replacements appointed, or reappointments issued.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
