[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 11, November 16, 2022 ]

REVERTING THE ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE SOCIO-CIVIC PROJECTS FUND TO THE OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY



Taking into account Section 6 of Executive Order No. 1 (s. 2022) which provides that the Office of the Special Assistant to the President and the Presidential Management Staff shall provide support and assistance to the Executive Secretary in the overall management of the development process, the administration and management of the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF) established in accordance with Section 7(a) of Presidential Decree No. 1869 (s. 1983), is hereby reverted to the Office of the Executive Secretary.

For this purpose, the Office of the Executive Secretary may, among others, enter into agreements, and disburse funds from the SCPF, in accordance with relevant laws, rules and regulations.

All relevant orders, rules and regulations, including Office Order No. 02 (s. 2016), are hereby amended accordingly. Unaffected provisions of Office Order No. 02 shall remain in force and effect.

This  Order shall take effect immediately.

DONE, in the City of Manila, this 16th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
