For the guidance of all concern, Item #1 on page 2 of Administrative Order No. 21, Series of 1993 is hereby amended as:

“All seeds produced from all DA station and seed farm should pass the following tests; germination test of 80%, moisture content of 12% and physical purity test of 95% to be conducted by the Seed Testing Laboratory of the National Seed Quality Central Services prior to its sale and distribution.”

This order shall take effect and supersede Item No. 1 guideline of Administrative Order No. 21 of 1993.
