It has been brought to the attention of this Office by some exporters through the Export Development Council, Networking Committee on Trade Policies and Procedures Simplification that unreceipted stuffing/ICCO fees are being collected by unscrupulous persons.

In this connection, please be reminded that Customs fees and charges are only those specifically stated under pertinent Customs Administrative Orders.
