RESUMPTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF BRANDED ETHICAL/ PRESCRIPTION PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS



Effective July 27, 1999, the Bureau of Food and Drugs - Product Services Division shall resume the acceptance of application for registration of branded ethical/prescription pharmaceutical product.

The procedure and requirements for submission of application shall be in accordance with the provisions stated in the Guidelines for the Registration of Pharmaceutical Products issued under Bureau Circular No. 06, s. 1997 as amended by Bureau Circular No. 6, s. 1999.

To ensure a systematic process of filing applications, all concerned parties are enjoined to observe the specified schedule for pharmaceutical companies and the maximum number of applications that may be filed per schedule day.
