1.0       The Department of Budget and Management is establishing a data base of positions vacated due to death, retirement, resignation and separation.

2.0       All departments/agencies are hereby enjoined to submit to the Compensation and Position Classification Bureau, DBM Building I, General Solano St., San Miguel, Manila a list of positions including other data relative thereto, which were vacated due to death, retirement, resignation and separation of the incumbents thereof in 1997, 1998 and 1999.

3.0       The deadline for the submission of said data is on February 15, 2000.

4.0       For compliance.
