AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2, S. 1995 RE BUYING AND SELLING PRICES OF RICE SEEDS
In the interest of the service and in view of the need to procure certified rice seeds to farmers affected by the series of calamities, the buying price of certified rice seeds is hereby amended from P400.00 per 40 kg. bag to P450.00 per 40 kg. bag. This amendment shall also cover all procurement under the Grains Production Enhancement Program.
This Order takes effect immediately.
