In order to provide better coordination, orchestration and hasten the implementation of the DA’s various agricultural infrastructures development project (irrigation, post harvest facilities, agricultural facilites, etc.) a Department-wide network on agricultural engineering is hereby established.  The netwrk shall be composed of the Head of DA Central Agricultural Engineering Group (DA-CAEG) as Chairman and its members are the Head/Chief of the engineering group/division/unit of DA Bureaus, Attached Agencies and Regional Field Units. The DA-CAEG as Chairman of the network shall coordinate all agricultural infrastructures and other agricultural engineering activities of this Department and conduct regular consultation/meetings with concerned network members.

All the field level, the DA Regional Agricultural Engineering Group are hereby advised to establish its counterparts in the Local Government Units (province, city, and municipality), and coordinate the organization of a Provincial, City and Municipal Agricultural Engineering Groups.

Furthermore, you are hereby advised to provide DA-CAEG update report of the projects and activities undertaken by your agricultural engineering group/division/unit.
