Department Order No. 12, Series of 1995, Revised Policies on Foreign Donations Covered under Section 105 (1) of the Revised Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines (TCCP), is hereby amended insofar as sub-item 8.7 is concerned, to read as follows:

8.7    “Duly notarized distribution report on previous shipment certified/validated true and correct by the Regional Director or her duly authorized representative who has jurisdiction over the area where the distribution took place.”

Failure to comply with this requirement will mean non-availment of duty-free privilege for next shipment.
