"3. In addition to the above, the body of a person who died of cholera, plague, smallpox, typhus, yellow fever and other dangerous communicable diseases shall not be allowed to pass through quarantine until five years have elapsed since death and properly disinfected, and that an authentic certificate that such corpse was disinfected shall accompany the body."
