Pursuant to Department Order No. 21, Series of 1996, rationalizing the conditions, requirements and procedures for the deployment of Performing Artists, the testing of a group of dancers based on a Production Show shall run parallel to the present scheme of testing of individual dancers based on a Dance Syllabus.

The guidelines on the training, testing and certification of dancers for the Production Show shall include the administration of the test, the accreditation of venues, testing officers, training fees and sanctions.

Let the necessary guidelines for the proper implementation of this Order be issued by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

All previous issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby amended or modified accordingly.
