Pursuant to PPA Board Resolution No. 1272, the following are hereby reclassified from Dangerous to Non-Dangerous or General Cargoes provided they are containerized:

a.         paper products
b.         textile
c.         fertilizer
d.         tobacco/cigarette cargoes

Accordingly, this Order hereby modifies PPA Administrative Order No. 02-89 dated 14 August 1989 which is entitled "Cargo Handling Rate for Dangerous/Obnoxious Cargoes".

This reclassification shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
