VACCINATION CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS



1.  Travelers arriving in the Philippines are required to possess the following international certificates of vaccination:

a.       Smallpox — arrivals from all countries.

b.       Yellow Fever — arrivals, who within the preceding six days have been in a country any part of which is infected with yellow fever except children under one year of age who are however, subject to isolation or surveillance when indicated.

2.  These requirements shall take effect 1 January 1977.
