AMENDING THE MINISTRY ORDER NO. 6-83 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ON THE RULES AND REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 324 DATED SEPTEMBER 14, 1983 AND MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2 OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, SERIES OF 1976



Pursuant to Executive Order No. 197, directing all Departments, Bureaus, Commissions, Agencies, Offices and Instrumentalities of the National Government including government-owned or controlled corporations to increase rates of fees and charges by not less than 20 percent, the following shall be imposed by the Bureau of Animal Industry and local government units for the following services rendered:

Section 1. The Bureau of Animal Industry shall collect the Inspection and Accreditation fees for Livestock “Oksyon” Markets

Section IV. Effectivity. This revised rates of fees and charges shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
