In compliance with the provisions of Section 1, p. 261 of the Special Provisions in the Budget of the Bureau of Quarantine under B.P. Blg. 40 effective 1 June 1980, fees shall be charged for medical examination rendered at the Bureau of Quarantine in accordance with the rates enumerated hereunder, subject to the usual accounting and auditing regulations:

Complete medical examination including chest x-ray, blood examinations, fecalysis and urinalysis for:

1.            Foodhandlers of airline catering establishments, including Casino………. P50.00

2.            Aliens for Immigration clearance (Adult) ………..P115.00

3.            Aliens for Immigration clearance (Children below 11 years old) ………….P95.00

4.            Interisland vessel stewards ……..P34.00

5.            Seaman (Overseas) ………..P65.00
