We would like to inform you that we have already issued new MTRCB deputy cards/passes to all Board members, staff, and deputies. Effective immediately, only cards bearing the signature of the undersigned superimposed on the photographs of the ID holders should be honored in all theaters. Please be reminded that refusal to admit a valid card holder (and a companion) shall constitute an offense which may result in the penalty of closure of the theater.
