To facilitate the processing of your amended Daily Foreign Exchange Position Reports (FED Form 1, Schedule 15) and amended Daily Consolidated Foreign Exchange Position Reports (Under Circular-Letters dated September 5 and 9, 1997), it is requested that you:

1. clearly indicate on the face of said report the word "AMENDMENT " so we are immediately alerted that this is an amendment of a previous report submitted;

2. submit together with the amended report, a list of the accounts affected by such amendment and the corresponding changes made on the amounts that were indicated in the original report pertaining to these accounts.

Likewise, please be reminded that late and/or incomplete submission of the FX position reports, including the Consolidated FX Position Report, are subject to the fines and penalties prescribed under Section 91 of CB Circular 1389, as amended.
