Effective immediately, SBA Printers, Inc. and its officers/stockholders are suspended/ blacklisted for a period of one (1) year from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies for committing acts prejudicial to the interest of the government in the printing of DPWH 1990 Annual Report.
