Pursuant to Executive Order Nos. 197 and 218 dated January 13, and March 15, 2000, respectively, of the Office of the President, implemented under Joint Circular No. 2000-2 dated April 4, 2000 of the Department of Finance and the Department of Budget and Management, the Insurance Commission shall henceforth collect and receive the revised schedules of fees and charges as follows:

1. Insurance Agents’ Examination Fees:
	Walk-in Examination (Metro Manila)	-	P	150.00

2. Issuance or Renewal of Certificate of Authority/License/Certificate of Registration:
	Each certificate of authority issued to insurance companies	—		1,2000.00
	Each special certificate of authority issued to a servicing insurance company	—		600.00
	Each license issued to a general agent	—		250.00
	Each license issued to an insurance agent	—		150.00
	Each license issued to an agent of variable contract policy	—		150.00
	Each license issued to an insurance broker	—		600.00
	Each license issued to reinsurance broker	—		600.00
	Each license issued to insurance adjuster	—		600.00
	Each certificate of registration issued to an actuary	—		600.00
	Each certificate of registration issued to a resident agent	—		250.00
	Each license issued to a rating organization	—		600.00
	Each certificate of registration issued to a non-life companyunderwriter (per line)	—		150.00
	Each line issued to a mutual benefit association	—		150.00
	Each certificate of authority issued to a trust for charitable uses	—		100.00

5. Publication — This Memorandum Circular shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.

6. Effectivity — This Memorandum Circular supersedes Insurance Memorandum Circular No. 2-92 dated October 7, 1992 and shall take effect fifteen days after the last publication.
