Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 2001-001 dated 01 dated 01 February 2001, attached herewith and made an integral part hereof is the preliminary list of blacklisted insurance companies as per letter of the Clerk of Court of the Regional Trial Court of Quezon City dated 08 February 2001.
Accordingly, no policy or certificate of cover shall be accepted from the companies in the list as proof of compliance with Memorandum Circular 99-011, unless otherwise ordered by the Board.
All issuances, policies and circulars inconsistent with the foregoing are hereby revoked and rendered without any force or effect.
This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
