The Department of Transportation and Communications in its updated survey, found that the PUJ route Alabang-GMA via South Expressway, Carmona Exit, is in need of and may be opened for an additional twenty (20) units of PUJ. This is contained in its Memorandum dated October 11, 2001 signed by the Undersecretary for Transportation Arturo T. Valdez.

In view thereof, the Memorandum Circular No. 98-028 is hereby superseded and set-aside, and the aforecited route is open for application for twenty (20) units only of Public Utility Jitney service.
