In the exigency of the service and in relation to DOJ-Memorandum Order No. 2 dated 08 January 2007 regarding “Strengthening of Systems Deportation”, members of the Special Task Force on Deportation upon recommendation or notice of the Intelligence Division are hereby directed to file the appropriate criminal case for violation of section 46 (Harboring an Illegal Alien) of the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940, as amended against persons who executed Affidavits of Recognizance in favor of Aliens facing deportation cases in order to be provisionally released but fail to produce or re-commit the said alien upon being required by the Bureau to do so.
