(NAR) VOL. 7 NO. 2 / APRIL-JUNE 1996

[ BFD BUREAU CIRCULAR NO. 4, S. 1995, October 17, 1995 ]

PERIOD WITHIN WHICH AN INITIAL CONDITIONAL REGISTRATION SHALL BE PROCESSED AND ISSUED

The BFAD Management has considered the request/proposal of the JCSP to limit the processing period for conditional registration of drug products. After due deliberation with the Product Services Division, the BFAD-Management decided that two months would be the most reasonable period within which to complete the processing of conditional registration.

Henceforth, Certificate of Conditional Registration will be released not later than two (2) months from the filing of application and submission of the complete requirements for conditional registration under MC #16 and 12, s. 1991.

Adopted: 17 Oct. 1995
