Pursuant to the provisions of R.A. 3720 (Foods, Drugs and Devices and Cosmetic Act) and DOH Administrative Order No. 56 s. 1989 dated January 3, 1989, a series of Seminars on Licensing of Drug Establishments had been scheduled for C.Y. 1996.

Accordingly, a revised fees have been implemented to accommodate the overhead expenses of the Bureau, to wit:

ESTABLISHMENT	SEMINAR FEE
1. Manufacturers, Traders Distributors	P 200.00
2. Drugstores, Outlets	P 100.00

This Circular takes effect immediately and until sooner revoke.
