NON-REQUIREMENT OF EMPLOYER'S AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING ON VISA ASSURANCE FOR TAIWAN



In order to facilitate the processing of documents of workers bound for Taiwan, the submission of a notarized Affidavit of Undertaking by the employer assuring or guaranteeing the availability of visas for the workers hired shall no longer be required by the Administration.  Recruitment agencies shall instead present the actual visas at the Landbased Center for contract processing.

All issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This Circular takes effect immediately.
