EXPORTATION OF LEGAL COPIES OF VRB APPROVED VIDEOGRAM TITLES BY LICENSED DISTRIBUTORS THEREOF



In reference to the Memorandum Circular No. 99-001 dated June 09, 1999, the following shall be the provisional guidelines for the exportation of legal copies of VRB reviewed, classified and approved videogram title by the licensed distributors thereof, to wit:

(1) The title or titles and the quantity of copies per title shall be properly indicated;

(2) The exporter should be the licensed distributor for such title(s) reflected in the records of the Board;

(3) The exportation shall be charged a corresponding Clearance Fee of P300.00 per shipment.

All other videogram titles, pending review, classification and approval by the Board or not yet applied videogram review and classification, are excluded from this coverage. The latter shall be segregated and processed in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 2000-001.

This circular shall take effect immediately and shall be applied until such as the Board has fully rationalized in a resolution the fees and charges being imposed on clearances on exported videograms.
