(NAR) VOL. 12 NO. 1 / JANUARY - MARCH 2001

[ PMOB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 08-98, August 21, 1998 ]

BERTHING/DOCKING PROHIBITION AT MULTI-PURPOSE AND FOREIGN BERTHS

Reports reaching this office revealed that you have been berthing/docking your vessels indiscriminately at Multi-Purpose and Foreign Berths AT ANY TIME of the day without prior approval from the Authority.  This may result to physical damage of our newly built concrete curbs which could hardly pinpoint the offender.

In view hereof, you are instructed NOT to berth/dock your vessels at the above areas EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY unless for special cases and/or with prior permit from the AUTHORITY.

For your information and compliance.

Adopted: 21 Aug. 1998
