For your information and guidance, all export shipment of Infant’s Cotton Diapers that are part of infant's wear under Category No. 239 are required to have an ELVIS Transmission. 

In this regard, please ensure that all information pertaining to the infants' cotton diapers such as Cat. No. 239, Quantity, FOB Value, Unit of Measure, MID and Date of Issuance are clearly indicated in the application for Textile Export Clearance (TEC).
