The suspension of PERSAN CONSTRUCTION for one (1) year from participation in public biddings conducted by this Department due to involvement in the bidding irregularities of the Improvement of Access Road to Boso-Boso Dumpsite in San Mateo, Rizal is hereby lifted effective immediately.  The said construction firm has dutifully served the required suspension from July 1, 1989 to June 30, 1990. This order will therefore enable PERSAN CONSTRUCTION to resume its usual business transactions with the Department of Public Works and Highways.
