Effective immediately, all prison guards escorting inmates to and from the courts and other investigating agencies shall wear their proper complete for the duration of such escort duties. They shall at all times exercise great caution to insure that the prisoners do not escape, do unauthorized things, or be subjected to harm and gross humiliation. Further, they shall strictly abide with the guidelines on escorting as provided for under para 10 Chapter 4 of the Bureau of Corrections Operating Manual.
