Effective immediately, it is hereby directed to disregard the official use of the newly distributed Manual of Standards and Policies particularly, the organizational structure of the Bureau of Corrections which was printed without legal basis per letter dated 24 November 1993 of the Legal and Legislative Service of the Department of Budget and Management.
