THIS OFFICE HAS RECEIVED THE CLEARANCE FROM THE PORT DISTRICT OFFICE TO ISSUE THE PERMIT TO OCCUPY FOR CY 2001 TO EXISTING LESSEES WHO SIGNIFIED THEIR INTENTION TO RENEW THEIR PERMIT.



For purposes of the renewal of the corresponding Permit to Occupy, please be informed of the following conditions/requirements:
  1. No outstanding accounts on rental and corresponding 10% VAT, power charges and insurance premiums.  For this purpose, a certification shall be secured from the Finance Section of this Office upon payment of P20.00 Certification fee;

  2. Existing cash deposit equivalent to two months rental and one-month cash advance;

  3. Insurance and real estate premiums on leased premises for the account of the lessee.
Failure on your part to comply with these requirements shall within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of this communication shall forfeit application for renewal.
