WHEREAS, the Department of Agriculture conducted an inspection and evaluation of animal health status and production system of Malaysia for possible accreditation to export day old ducklings (broiler) to the Philippines;

WHEREAS, after a thorough evaluation, the Department of Agriculture found favorable conditions that merit allowing the importation of day old ducklings from Malaysia;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ATTY. ARTHUR C. YAP, Secretary of Agriculture, in accordance with the powers vested in me, do hereby issue this Order accrediting Sri Medan Farm Sdn Bh to export day old ducklings to the Philippines subject to usual veterinary quarantine rules and regulations.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
