5.1 | Applicant seeking employment as OTS screener must first submit the duly accom- plished OTS application form #A-11-06 (personal data sheet) in triplicate; |
5.2 | Applicant shall submit the original copy of birth certificate; diplomas; citations, transcript of records. NBI clearance from previous offices duly authenticated by issuing office/agency, ID pictures (2 copies 1 x 1; 2 copies 2 x 2), others as OTS may prescribe; |
5.3 | Applicant will be personally interviewed by the Personnel Selection Board. |
5.4 | Before final acceptance, applicant must pass the minimum requirements for a complete background investigation, national and local agency check (NAC & LAC), and shall be extended probational appointment for 6 months. |
5.5 | Applicant must undergo and pass on-the-job-training while still on probation to comply with the standard of aviation security course as mandated by the NCASP thru his attendance in the appropriate sanctioned aviation security training packages (STP) before formally appointed as OTS screener. |
5.6 | All things being equal, priority for employment shall be given to orphans of deceased former NACAHT/NCCAS employees, orphans of deceased PNP-ASG personnel and orphans of deceased OTS personnel in that order provided that they meet the qualifications stated in Rule II. |
