In line with the Metro Manila Bus Route Rationalization Project of the Department of Transportation and Communications, acceptance of petition/application for Dropping and Substitution of Metro Manila bus unit/s and/or Consolidation of Metro Manila Bus routes are suspended until further instructions from this Board.

All other issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent herewith, are therefore modified or superseded accordingly to conform with this new circular.

This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
