Notice is hereby given of MARINA’s readiness to replace by 09 March 2009, the provisional CVR baring Certificate Nos. MNL2008-001 to MNL2008-126 and MNL2009-001 onwards and the provisional CO with Certificate Nos. from MNL2008-001 to MNL2008-113 and MNL2009-001 onwards with permanent certificates corresponding thereto at no cost to the shipowner/operator.

The concerned shipowners/operators are advised to secure the permanent certificates at the Maritime Safety Office and to submit the original copy of the provisional certificates previously issued to them.

Replacement period shall be only until May 30, 2009. Notice is given to all MARINA enforcers and its deputies to apprehend all operators with Provisional Certificates after May 30, 2009.
