The product Musamycetin/Chloramphenicol 125 mg/5 ml manufactured by Musa Pharmaceutical, Inc. is not duly registered with this Office, and the company no longer holds a valid License to Operate since April, 1990.

In view thereof, all Food and Drug Regulation Officers are directed to monitor and confiscate at sight the subject product including all others manufactured by the same company. A report of inventory should be submitted to the Legal, Information and Compliance Division within sixty (60) days from this date.

Compliance with this directive enjoined.
