The Board of Directors of the Philippine Ports Authority, in its meeting held on July 5, 1994, approved cargo handling rate increases for the South Harbor, Manila, as follows:
1. Vessel Charges (Stevedoring)
A. Containerized | % increase | |

The above percentage increases shall be applied to all rates/charges for containers. The existing relationship/ratios in rates for full, empty and different sizes of containers in the present tariff will be maintained.

The above increases shall-also apply to other services/miscellaneous charges in the existing tariff of the South Harbor, Manila.
Attached hereto are the new cargo handling rates
* to be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation and shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the second publication.
