MONITORING OF EXPORTS FROM BONDED WAREHOUSES



In the interest of the service and in order to ensure and to protect the interest of the government as well as the operator of the Customs Bonded Warehouses and their respective subcontractors, the Director of the Port Operations Service is hereby authorized and directed to monitor the exportation of articles, products or goods coming from all Bonded Warehouses.

For effective monitoring of this procedure, the Chief of the Warehousing Assessment Division is hereby directed to coordinate and furnish the Port Operations Service copy of the notice of exportation submitted by the operators two (2) days prior to the expected time of loading for clearance.

Implementation of this directive shall take effect immediately.
