1st Offense	- Indefinite suspension with Veterinary Clearance and One (1) Barrier Trial
2nd Offense	- Thirty (30) days suspension with Veterinary Clearance and One (1) Barrier Trial
3rd & Succeeding Offense	- Thirty (30) days suspension with Veterinary Clearance and Two (2) Barrier Trials

This rule shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication.
