By way of assisting and contributing to the success of the 2000 Metro Manila Film Festival, we have decided that yellow MTRCB Deputy Passes shall not be honored in all Festival participating theaters from December 25, 2000 up to its conclusion.

However, as we continue to fulfill our duties under the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1986, MTRCB Members, Officers and Staff, and their respective companion should be allowed admission for the duration of the said festival, upon presentation of their MTRCB identification cards.
