In view of the volatile situation presently prevailing between India and Pakistan, and to ensure the safety of our overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), deployment of OFWs to these countries is temporarily restricted.
All concerned recruitment and manning agencies are advised to activate their respective contingency plans for OFWs in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 14, Series of 2001 and affirm readiness as necessary.
